This 3,000 sq ft Spanish modern home was designed around a central courtyard featuring a private heated and cooled pool — usable year-round. The U-shaped layout wraps the living spaces around the courtyard, creating an indoor-outdoor oasis.

La Perla is fully equipped for your group. There are three full bathrooms, two king bedrooms, and a twin bedroom sleeping six guests comfortably. A dedicated home office with its own door, standing desk, external monitor, and 1GB WiFi — purpose-built for executives, remote workers, and traveling professionals who need a real workspace, not a kitchen table.
